Terms of Service

Scope

This website presents our sourcing, manufacturing and quality-control services. Content is provided for information purposes; quotations issued by email are the binding reference for prices, specifications and lead times.

Inquiries and quotations

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or obligation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them (typically 30 days) and may be withdrawn if material costs change significantly.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed via proforma invoice. Common terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance against inspection report and before shipment (T/T), or L/C at sight for qualifying orders. Incoterms follow the quoted EXW/FOB/CIF basis.

Quality and claims

Every order is inspected to the agreed AQL standard with photo documentation. Claims for defects must be raised within 15 days of receiving goods, with photos, so we can arrange rework, replacement or credit.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or downtime, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing language

These terms are offered in multiple languages for convenience; the English version prevails in case of conflict.
